Magnesium chloride flakes are approximately 47% magnesium chloride by weight (with naturally occurring crystalline water)
 
Directions for use
Dissolve in warm water (approximately 39°C)
Soak for 20 minutes or more
Following bath, rinse with warm water and pat dry
For foot soaks, dissolve up to 3 cups
For body soaks, dissolve up to 1 full bag

Dissolve 1 - 3 cups or more of the magnesium flakes in warm water (approximately 39°C), soak for 20 minutes or more
