This 7 Day Low Salicylate Menu Plan removes all medium and high salicylate-containing foods to help manage the symptoms of salicylate intolerance. This well-balanced plan contains a wide variety of delicious, colourful and fun low salicylate recipes.
Think of this next week like an experiment!
After 7 days of eating these delicious recipes, let me know via email how you're feeling and any changes in your symptoms (if you're worse, better or the same). If you're worse or the same, then we will use this information as clues – we might need to take a “test don’t guess” approach.
