This 7 Day Low FODMAP Menu Plan focuses on eliminating foods that ferment and cause digestive discomfort (FODMAPs) to help you identify if there are foods which are responsible for your symptoms. Think of this next week like an experiment!
After 7 days of eating these delicious recipes, let me know via email how you're feeling and any changes in your symptoms (if you're worse, better or the same). If you're worse or the same, then we will use this information as clues – we might need to take a “test don’t guess” approach.
