Here’s the agenda for the week. Each day you’ll get access to a short recording (less than 10 minutes- I promise to get to the point!!) to listen to in your own time, along with a handout that you can download. The private My Health Matters group forum is for you to ask questions, share any a-ha moments and reflections.
And on Sunday at 3pm we’ve got a live coaching call where we will go over the key lessons and I’ll answer any questions you have.

This is what I’ve got in store for you..

Sunday: Need healthier habits? You’re in the right spot. Determine your areas of focus and make a plan. Remember, your health matters!!!
